anyone needs a muse - mine is art

What inspires us? What makes us get up in the morning, think, feel, and create? We all need a muse, a silent engine that drives us forward. For me, it is nature and art.

Not just the finished work, not just the painting on the wall or the photograph on the screen, but the act itself—the process of creation.

Art forces us to look. It demands mindfulness, confrontation, and sometimes even humility. It is a mirror that shows more than just an image—it shows who we are when we look. Art is not an escape, but a way back. Back to the essence. When words fail, a line speaks. When thoughts falter, a color moves. When everything becomes too much, the silence of a blank page becomes a space for new order.

And perhaps that is precisely the role of a muse: it does not take us away from the world, but deeper into it. It makes us more permeable, more alert, more vulnerable – and thus more human. Art is my muse, not because it is always beautiful, but because it is true.

And sometimes that is all we need.
